Water's edge is a well loved family home, it is by no means in a modern condition but the view and location is a truly unique spot with one of the most iconic views of Henley at the finish line of Henley Regatta. Enjoy leisurely walks, boutique shops, cafes & art galleries, everything is in easy reach from this riverside side home. An electric launcher boat is available to hire during April to August at an additional charge of £300 per day subject to river conditions.
The living area is the focal point of the property, the large windows give an impressive view of the tranquil river setting, sit back and watch the river flow by. The living space has three comfortable sofas, a coffee table, large TV and access to the river side terrace.
A well equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to rustle up your own creations or if you want to dine out there are lots of choice at your doorstep. The kitchen features an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave are all here along with a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy a coffee on the terrace in the morning.
When you’re ready for bed, there are three rooms to choose from: the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite, and the third bedroom is a twin room. Each room is traditionally furnished with blissful crisp white linen.
