Excellent flat highly recommend. Positive: brilliant location with parking in the centre of Henley. Clear instructions and great communication. Clean with Cotton Bedlinen and lovely towels.

Positive: Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. Conveniently situated for the town and river. REALLY nice bathroom and ensure suite. Negative: 36 steps up to the 3rd floor!!! OK if relatively fit but bad for carrying luggage. Ridiculously complicated TV - and no instructions. Never did get the stations we wanted.

Clean and comfortable Positive: The flat was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable with everything you need to make a very satisfactory stay. Gates at the entrance gave a feeling of safety in the centre of the town. Negative: The cutlery in the drawer was not as clean as it could have been, but that was the only thing to criticise inside the flat. Gaining access was a little complicated, but it was explained well in the welcoming email.
