Not what we are used to.
Positive: Location
Negative: Low grade appliances, cutlery etc.
Bare feet stuck to sticky floors.
Mat turned up corners a trip hazard.
Dodgy slider door hard to open.
Poor maintained garden area
Loose steps to kitchen.
Dry rot in bathroom.

Had a very enjoyable stay.
Positive: The fabulous view of the river which was in the shade.
Negative: Humid atmosphere front en-suite bedroom. Worn out mattress on 5” bed.

Perfect Henley experience. We loved the rowers, the ducks and the swans
