Modern 2-Bed Apartment in Reading

very disappointing Positive: nothing Negative: I do not recommend this accommodation. To begin with we realised there was no working WiFi, we then mentioned this to the host which they then claimed they would see to. We then messaged them a day later when we had no updates relating to the issue and got no reply. We never had WiFi during our 5 day stay which we payed in full for. On top of that the plumbing in the house really needs to be seen too. The taps were all labelled wrongly, and the toilet often wouldn’t allow us to flush it. The house also seemed like it hadn’t been entered/ cleaned in a while as there was an unnecessary amount of cobwebs all around the house when we first arrived. We also noticed that when we were asking for the wifi to be sorted the replies took hours but when they insisted on springing a £300 deposit on us the week of our stay they replied rapidly. Overall this stay was not worth the money that we payed for it, the hosts clearly weren’t ready for guests and we will not be coming back.
